TECH HELP
Please make sure you are running the latest version of iTunes.
Visit www.iTunes.com for latest update, or you can look for updates in the program itself.

How to download the audio files and "Import" them into iTunes:
1. Download your accompaniment attachments from the email.
2.  Create a unique folder somewhere you can find.  I suggest a folder on desktop or in "My Music" Folder,
[In my example, I will call the new folder "KensAuditionSongs."] and download the audio files into that folder.
3.   Open iTunes
4.  Under the "File" menu,                                                      Chose "Import" Ctrl+shift+O

                                     5.  In the dialogue box that will open, In "Look In" Choose the new folder you
                                     created
[In my example I would look in "Local Disk (C:)" Point to "My Music Folder"
and Point to "KensAuditionSongs folder" C:/My Music/KensAuditionSongs]

and your audio files should be there.  Select the audio file you would like to "Import".
6.  iTunes will display progress and "Import" this into your library.  After this is done, the program usually shows the highlighted new file in your music library.
7.  Click play to ensure the track properly plays.
8. If you want you can change the name of the track, artist, year and other options by right-clicking on the selected track and chosing "Get Info"
9.  After successful "Import" connect iPod to "sync" the recordings just added.
10.  If you ever move the audio file, it might disappear from your Library.
Repeat steps 1-6 after moving file.
11.  Always burn files to CD disc to backup your tracks, just in case you run into any
problems with iTunes, iPod, or your computer.
